The Brewmaster is soooo excited about the Chinese hops he sings. But after that we do have a hop report from arround the world (Including a place you would NOT think grows hops), as well as some interesting feedback, including brewing information from Vietnam. We have a new BBC series about beer, while our technical section covers an interesting question: How clean does your brewery really need to be. A song of course is played from you, after our lame attempt was torn appart by a listener.
