I warn you now, the Cellarman does an interview with the brewer at Blue Sky Brewery in Cairns, listen if you dare. Also we have heaps of feedback to cover, we look into the Japanese drinking culture, and yes the Brewmaster reviews the first section of the book ‘Alcohol, a cultural history’. More on the hop shortage, from an Australian angle, and in our technical section, acetalderhyde - the green apple taste, the Brewmaster goes indepth to an interesting brewers problem.
