A program no parent or teenage drinker should miss, as we air a report as to WHY young people drink the way they do. A unique new invention for any brewer that bottles, a sediment catcher, is talked about in depth. We also have a report on alcohol taxation, and in our technical section, we look at racking your beer verses skimming your beer, are they related? Of course a song to finish, a little feedback, and dare I mention it, the Cellarman returns, thus explaining why this program is so long.
