January#1,2008

In this program we do some crystal ball gazing as to the likely supply and costs of malt and hops in the future. The Cellarman starts a new brewing experiment with his solaris wooden barrel, as well as comparing beers made under licence to the beers from the country of origin. The prohibition wars continue with the latest batch of propaganda from both sides, and we do a quick assessment of the Brewcasts of 2007. And - we pirate a song from one of them.
