What does Graham do when he is too sick to broadcast? He naturally relies on others to do the job. David Logsdon, founder of Wyeast did a tour of Australia recently, giving a talk on “Everything You Need to Know About Yeast Starters”. So the Brewmaster naturally slips that in as the program.
